Charvo Finishing Limited are able to offer to the Plastics industry a complete custom coating service. Using our modern purpose built Automatic Spray Coating Lines, all types of protective coatings can be offered, including Anti-Glare, Clear hard coat and our new decorative coatings Silk and Frostlite. All our coatings are UV cured giving the added benefit of being abrasion and chemical resistant.
All coatings can be modified to customers own requirements and by spraying on fully automated spraying machines, we can ensure that the finished parts have consistent quality and surface finish.
We are the longest established UK custom coater and are able to offer a total spray coating service to the Plastics Industry using separate automatic machinery for the different lacquers that are available.
